About us

We are the four proud members of USAGSO Paris Cadette Troop 35. We have been in Girl Scouts for many years and it has taught us many new things.

For our last year as Cadettes, we have decided to reach for the Girl Scout Silver Award: the highest award that a Cadette can receive

The Silver

The Silver Award is the highest award that a Girl Scout Cadette can earn. It requires doing a Journey and then working on a project for at least 50 hours. The Silver Award has to do a service to Girl Scouts and the community and it has to be sustainable. If you have earned your Silver Award, it is easier for you to earn your Gold.

Our Project

For our project, we decided to learn the Heimlich Maneuver, so that we will be able to teach it to other children. To make our project sustainable, we made a video on how to do the Heimlich, which we posted online, we hosted a series of classes on how to do the Maneuver, we wrote an article and made this website.
